Immerse yourself in the serenity of Stretch Yoga, a perfect opportunity to release tension, enhance flexibility, and rediscover the harmony within. Please mark your calendars for this special evening of self-care, and join us on the mat! Free for members, $10 for non-members. We have mats if you still need one.
Congratulations to those who conquered the full and half marathons last weekend! We applaud your dedication and determination; we should all be thankful they got perfect running temps, and the race wasn’t one day later. We are proud of you and everyone who has taken on a physically challenging endeavor. Staying active and healthy is our goal for each and every one of you. Kudos to the finishers!
Upcoming Events: Hyrox and Deka
Are you looking for a challenge and don’t want to run 26.2 miles? There are exciting events on the horizon. Hyrox is around the corner on March 16th at the GRB, and Deka events, similar to Hyrox, are scheduled for February near(ish) Houston. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or just looking for a new challenge, these are great events to test your metal. We have programmed workouts on Saturdays that can help with events that mix strength and conditioning.
Believe Fitness Winter Games
Stronger Faster members took on a local fitness event and had a blast at the Believe Fitness Winter Games. Seeing our community come together and showcase their fitness prowess was inspiring. Kudos to everyone who participated! Adrienne podiumed!

630a Trial Period and Class Reservations
Our 630a class is still in a trial period, and we’re introducing a reservation system. Please reserve your spot by 10 pm the night before to ensure the class runs smoothly. A minimum of two reservations is required for the class to proceed; otherwise, it will be automatically canceled. Use the Wodify App to register and check the app before heading to the 630a class to confirm it is not canceled.

Nutrition Challenge Update
A big shoutout to the 22 members taking on the nutrition challenge! As you embark on week two, we’re excited to witness your progress and the incredible transformations through before-and-after photos. Keep up the fantastic work!

Working out together strengthens your bond and keeps you both motivated and consistent. It’s a win-win situation. Just ask some of our members who come with a parent or with a spouse. Maybe you have seen the whole Caughran clan show up.
