Canceling a Membership
You can cancel your Stronger Faster Houston membership auto-renewal here on our website. To cancel a membership auto-renewal, you need to fill out the form at the bottom of this page or by emailing support@strongerfasterhouston.com. Canceling cannot be done via other forms of communication.
Membership auto-renewals can be terminated at any time with a 30-day notice. The membership will continue for the current calendar month plus 1 calendar month.
You are, of course, welcome to participate in classes during the notice period. If a membership is put on hold, the membership will become active during the final month of the notice period, and the current calendar month plus 1 calendar month cancellation policy will apply. You will receive a confirmation of your resignation, which we recommend you keep in case of any issues.
Attendance
Members must use the Wodify app or the Coach Board to ‘Check In’ to attend a workout. This can be done before class on the app or prior/during the class on the Coach Board. You must also ‘Check-In’ for Open Gym and Open Gym counts towards weekly class counts.
Booking
Pre-booking a class is currently optional. Pre-booking a class may be required to attend a class in the future.
Membership on hold
You can put your membership on hold over a period of a minimum of 4 weeks to a maximum of 3 months. A fee may be charged when putting a membership on hold. If a membership auto-renewal is canceled when put on hold, it will become active during the final month of the notice period, and the current calendar month plus 1 calendar month cancellation policy will apply. You can put your membership on hold by emailing support@strongerfasterhouston.com.
