Dear Stronger Faster Members,

The New Schedule Starts Monday, 10/30, and the Fall Hoodie Order is LIVE.

As we step into November, the cool breeze of change is upon us, both in the weather and within our gym community. Before we get into the schedule change, we’re thrilled to introduce something that’ll keep you warm during those chilly workouts or on brisk outdoor adventures. It’s time to unveil our brand new, ultra-comfortable performance hoodies. These hoodies aren’t just your ordinary hoodies; they’re incredibly soft, lightweight, and versatile, designed to provide just the right amount of warmth. They’re perfect for those cooler days and even offer sun protection when the skies are clear. But that’s not all! We’re also offering a thicker option for those seeking extra coziness. A sample of the fantastic hoodie will be available for you to check out this Monday at the gym. Trust us; they’re so comfortable that they might just become your favorite piece of clothing. Hoodies are priced at $40 for the regular style and $50 for the heavier material.

Hoodie orders will be open through Sunday, 11/5, so be sure to secure yours and stay snug all season long. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s coming your way.

Starting Monday, October 30, 2023, we’re making some schedule changes to enhance your experience at Stronger Faster Gym, all based on your valuable feedback and attendance trends.

These changes are on a trial basis through November and December. We’ll closely monitor attendance and gather feedback to assess if further adjustments are needed. Please sign into all classes via Wodify, as this helps maintain accurate attendance records and ensures that we can meet your scheduling needs effectively.

Hyrox – Endurance + Strength

For those racing, Hyrox Dallas is only a few weeks away on 11/18, and Hyrox Houston is now set for 3/16/24. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just starting your fitness journey, consider setting a goal for one of these events. You can tackle it solo, with a partner, or as part of a relay team. Take on the challenge, and you’ll have a reference point for your progress in the coming months. I’ll be there for Dallas and Houston; will you join me?
