Hello Stronger Faster Houston Community,

With the fall season in full swing and the heat subsiding, we’re ready to ramp up the action and make every workout count. We have exciting updates and tips to help you stay on track as we gear up for the holiday season.

Back in Full Swing

We’ve officially wrapped up the De-load week, and it’s time to get back to business of moving some iron. As the cooler weather rolls in, be prepared for some new conditioning workouts mixed in with our strength training.

Congratulations, George! 🏅

We want to give a huge shoutout to George for completing the grueling Ironman Waco 70.3. In one day, he faced a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike ride, and a half marathon (13.1-mile). This was his first 70.3, and he might be hooked as he is already looking for the next one. Incredible job, George!

Hyrox – Endurance + Strength

Speaking of races, Hyrox Dallas is right around the corner on 11/18, and here’s an exciting update: Hyrox Houston is now set for 3/16/24. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just starting your fitness journey, consider setting a goal for one of these events. You can tackle it solo, with a partner, or as part of a relay team. Take on the challenge, and you’ll have a reference point for your progress in the coming months. I’ll be there for Dallas and Houston; will you join me?

Nutrition plays a pivotal role in achieving your health and fitness goals. In fact, for many, it’s the missing ingredient in their journey to better health and strength.
