Holiday Potluck and “Favorites” Exchange

Dear Stronger Faster Family,

Stronger Faster Holiday Potluck and “Favorites” exchange – Sunday 12/17/2023 @ 6 pm

Please see the details below on our holiday party, followed by tips for the end of the year.

As the year draws to a close, it’s time to gather for some holiday cheer! We’re thrilled to invite you to the Stronger Faster Holiday Potluck and “Favorites” exchange on Sunday, December 17th, 2023, at 6 pm.

This special occasion is where our gym transforms into a hub of merriment, delicious dishes, and delightful conversations. Bring your friends, family, and a hearty appetite. Whether it’s your favorite beverage or a delectable dessert, your contributions will surely add flavor to our celebration!

You don’t have to be an active or prior member to join us. It’s an excellent opportunity to meet new friends, mingle with fellow fitness enthusiasts, or discover what our gym is all about. I’m excited for the 530am crew to meet the post-work evening crew.

Toys for Tots

Additionally, we are doing a Toys for Tots drive at the gym, so please bring a toy or gift to be donated to Toys for Tots.  Donations will be accepted from now through the end of the party.

This isn’t your average gym event; there won’t be any AMRAPs or Metcons. However, if you’re feeling strong and inspired, the platform is yours to attempt a max lift – it’s all about spreading the festive vibes!

Maximize the End of the Year

With Party details out of the way, let’s get back to what is left this year. We have about 25 days left before 2024. You could write off the end of the year and go hog wild, party, eat, be merry, take time off and enjoy the holiday season and wake up January 1st and look in the mirror and have regret OR you can use this time to enjoy the holidays/family AND invest in your future self.

You have the chance to make each day count, paving the way for the person you envision yourself becoming in 2024.

Remember, momentum builds momentum.

Every little step matters, creating a ripple effect that propels you forward.

Through my experience, I’ve learned this truth: your current place in life results from your actions and daily decisions. Whether it’s where you aimed to be or not, it’s because of the decisions you made daily and today. It all boils down to the choices you’ve been making each day throughout this year and your life. It’s up to you, just as it’s always been.

Those daily decisions? They’ll either pave the way for your progress or hold you back.
