Stronger Faster is a strength and conditioning program for individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels.
We incorporate dynamic/repetition effort weight days, heavy/max effort weight days and conditioning over multiple metabolic pathways. We train this way to increase strength and speed. This results in: a decrease in fat and injury, complemented by an increase in energy and muscle tone.
All workouts can be modified depending on current fitness level. You will be challenged, no matter if you are a beginner or a professional athlete.
