We are an open-air facility with multiple fans to provide airflow. Training in a warmer environment can help with heat acclimation and improve conditioning.

No, we are not a CrossFit/Deka/Hyrox affiliate. Our training methodology focuses on progressive overload, with 8-12 week cycles of powerlifting followed by bodybuilding-style accessory work, similar to power building with conditioning depending on the day. We look to provide a well-rounded workout to build muscle and strength and contribute to longevity.
