Chelsea has coached, owned and operated CrossFit and Strength & Conditioning gyms since 2010; both internationally and stateside. For her programming, she uses Conjugate and CrossFit methods as her preferred style of training.

During her college years, she found a home at the University of North Florida, where she swam on scholarship. Then continued her passion for fitness with CrossFit, in 2009, shortly after. She has assisted on the CrossFit Powerlifting seminar staff in the Middle East and is a personal trainer; specializing in strength and conditioning, triathlons and swimming.

Prior to coaching/owning gyms full-time, she taught Physical Education for Pre-K through 8th grade. While simultaneously coaching middle school track, volleyball and basketball.  She also coached strength and conditioning camps for a premier league tennis academy and  a year-round competitive swim team.

She has been dedicated to improving the quality of life for her clients. Helping them achieve personal goals, while living happier, healthier lives.

Three questions with Chelsea:

Favorite workout or favorite movement?

Any workout involving running, light-moderate weight cleans and gymnastics movements.

When you’re not coaching, what are you doing? Favorite activities?

This past year, I have become a fan of sand volleyball and now play in a league once a week! I LOVE traveling and make it a priority to visit somewhere outside of the U.S. once a year.
