We have new Stickers! Please grab a couple the next time you are at the gym. If you want a bunch, please donate so we can order more for everyone.

Training

Today, we entered the 3rd week of the cycle and finished the CF Open workouts. I hope you are ready for more Squats Cleans, Bench Press, Squats, Power Cleans, and Deadlifts. I can’t wait, and I look forward to seeing everyone making gains.

Reminders

  • Use Wodify to reserve classes, sign in, and record lifts. If you didn’t record it, did it really happen?
  • Ask a coach if you have questions about signing in or recording your lifts in Wodify.
  • Download GroupMe to get updates throughout the week. We have two group chats for updates on Tacos & Coffee Saturdays, schedule changes, train issues, etc. If you have GroupMe and do not see the groups, Text me @ 832-900-7803 to get added.
  • Please tag us @StrongerFaster on social media and reshare posts to your story to help spread the word – get that referral!
  • We have two rate plans: unlimited classes and 3x per week.
