It is that time of year we shift focus from New Year’s resolutions to Valentine’s Day.

Valentine’s Week Special:

You can bring your significant other/spouse or special someone to the gym to share a workout with you for FREE during Valentine’s Week. They must sign a waiver and attend the class with you. Now a word of caution, don’t frame it as they NEED to go to the gym unless you want to cancel your V-day plans. Instead, frame it as an activity you enjoy and want to share with them. Or have them book a call to join.

Send their name and email to StrongerFasterHtx@gmail.com, and we will send a waiver link to them.

Referral Program

We are instituting a referral rebate program. If you refer a new client that signs up for a membership or On-Ramp, you will get a $50 discount on your membership for one month*. The more new members you refer, the more months you get at a reduced rate. They must sign up for a No Sweat Intro via our website, email StrongerFasterHtx@gmail.com or text 832-900-7803 and mention that you referred them. Spouses/Significant others from Valentine’s week could count if they become members.

Reminders:

  1. Use Wodify to reserve classes, sign in, and record lifts. Trust me, having that data is crucial when you try to figure out what 73% of your squat max for 5×4 pause squats is or what weight you used the week prior.

  5. We have two rate plans, Unlimited classes and 3x per week.
